April 2nd - Musical Floor: Win by being the last person standing on a circle when the music stops! Form a team or compete on your own to win prizes!
April 9th - Helping Hands Humane Society Community Project: Visit with workers from Helping Hands Humane Society to learn about their work and volunteer opportunities. We will make toys that will be donated to the animals!
April 16th - Miniature Bookshelves: Create mini versions of all the books you love or your To Be Read list! Take your shelf home and add to it all year!
April 23rd - Teen Crochet: Learn basic crochet from fellow teen, Ana! Take home your own crochet hook and small ball of yarn to keep practicing!
April 30th - Game Show Night: Part Jeopardy, part Simon Says, anyone could win this game! Every point gets you candy, but only the winners will take home the trophy!

Sabatini Gallery, the Millennium Café, Chandler Booktique (bookstore and gift shop), free meeting rooms, computer training and free Wi-Fi access. The library has a collection of more than 414,000 books and serves more than 81,000 registered borrowers. Bookmobiles make 23 stops Monday-Saturday across Shawnee County. The library offers state-of-the art technology, youth programs that encourage learning and reading, adult learning programs, online learning tools, events, and reference and research tools.
