Kids will identify the parts of plants and why plants are important, define the life cycle of a plant and understand what plants need to grow.
This program, geared toward 1st - 3rd graders, includes recognizing plants are living things that have parts like roots, stems, leaves, and flowers to help them live and grow. Like people and animals, plants need food, water, and air to live. Most plants are green and are unique because they can make their own food using sunlight.
