Her Story: Exploring the Lives of Strong Women
Women have always shown strength in shaping their lives and the world around them. In this discussion group, we read and talk about fiction and nonfiction that highlights the courage, resilience and experiences of women past and present. This month's book, The Many Lives of Mama Love by Lara Love Hardin, the author recounts her slide from soccer mom to opioid addict to jailhouse shot-caller and her unlikely comeback as a highly successful ghostwriter in this harrowing, hilarious, no-holds-barred memoir. If you need a book or have questions, email herstory@tscpl.org.
