Conduct a food science experiment and create boba beads ? juicy little balls of deliciousness that burst in your mouth with a satisfying POP!
The food science behind boba beads transforms liquids (like Gatorade and Kool Aid) into semi-solid balls that pop in your mouth. The technique is called spherification and it is part of a larger food science trend called molecular gastronomy— but we just call it yummy and fun!
