Rio is an animated adventure-comedy film set in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It follows Blu, a domesticated blue macaw who is unable to fly.
Blu embarks on a journey to meet the last known female of his species, Jewel, but the two are kidnapped by bird smugglers. Together, they escape and form an unlikely bond while experiencing the city's colorful culture and wild adventures. The film features a lively soundtrack and themes of freedom, friendship, and self-discovery.
