Let's Help staff and volunteers provide information, answer questions, and offer personalized support to individuals seeking services from Let's Help and other community resources.
At Let's Help Inc., our mission is to uplift and empower individuals facing economic challenges. We understand that poverty can be a complex issue with multiple underlying factors. Therefore, our services have been specifically designed to address these critical needs, providing holistic support to those who need it most.
1. Adult Education Assistance: We take pride in our adult education program, which is instrumental in breaking the cycle of poverty. Through this program, we offer guidance, resources, and support to individuals interested in furthering their education. Our goal is to equip participants with the tools and knowledge needed to obtain their G.E.D. or high school diploma. We firmly believe that education is a pathway out of poverty, and this program can make a profound difference in the lives of those who take part.
2. Financial Assistance: Let's Help Inc. has allocated funds to provide essential financial assistance, including utility and medical bill support. These funds are meant to alleviate some of the immediate financial burdens that often perpetuate the cycle of poverty. Our aim is to provide a safety net for individuals and families during challenging times.
3. Job Information and Support: We offer a comprehensive job information resource center where people can access information on available employment opportunities in the Topeka community. By connecting job seekers with potential employers, we aim to empower individuals to secure stable employment and improve their financial situation. Additionally, we provide resume-building workshops and interview preparation assistance to enhance the employability of our clients.
