Music Therapist, Melissa Gabel, will share information and resources about music therapy in mental health. She'll lead us in music-based coping skills you can take home and use in daily life.
She will present about about music therapy as a whole, and talk about how music can address mental health needs She will also lead the audience in an example of a music activity that can be used to manage stress.
