A challenging mixed flow class for most yoga levels. You need to be able to get down on your belly, hands & knees but no arm balances or inversions. Join in person or click title for Zoom link.
We will tell you how to align your body to help you understand each posture and gain strength and mobility. It is always important you only do what you know is safe for your body. We will give you a modification or different posture to do if any effort or posture is not right for your body. We will provide mats, but you are encouraged to bring your own. There will be sanitizer to wipe your mat down when we are done. We will finish each class with relaxing meditation and some calm breath work.
