Check your voter registration status, make a voting plan, join the Voter to Voter network, find out what districts are elected to represent you, and declare "I Vote because...." on a sign or button.
The Topeka Voter Collaborative is celebrating Voter Preparedness Day on April 11 in honor of Vote411.org the nonpartisan website from the League of Women Voters Education Fund that is a "one-stop-shop" for election related information. It provides nonpartisan information to the public with both general and state-specific information.
Voter to Voter is a project of The Voter Network and based on the statistic that only 10% of registered Kansas voters actually vote in every election. Are your friends and family in that group?! Rooted in the power of relationships, Voter to Voter asks volunteers to talk to their people about voting – then gives them the tools to do so effectively!
The library's Election and Voting Information page provides additional resources for local voting information specific to Shawnee County residents.
