No required reading, just bring yourself and your walking shoes to chat books with other readers. Meet us at WU for this walking book club in partnership with Washburn University Library.
In addition to chatting books, librarians will share some recommended reading to keep you up to date on the books you do not want to miss! Not up for chatting about books? Bring your headphones and an audiobook along to listen to while you walk.
We will meet on Washburn University's campus in parking lot 11 at the intersection of 17th street and Macvicar avenue. Our walking path will take us around the perimeter of Washburn's campus for an enjoyable stroll of 2 miles. If there is bad weather, Roaming Readers will be cancelled. Check the library's event page to confirm cancellations.
