Multidisciplinary artist Mona Cliff, juror for this year's Topeka Competition, will discuss the works she selected for the exhibit.
The Topeka Competition is built from artist submissions and juried by a prominent artist in the field. For the 34th Topeka Competition all entries were three dimensional works (anything from ceramics to jewelry to sculpture). In this discussion, multidisciplinary Indigenous artist Mona Cliff, who juried this year's competition, shares insights into the works chosen for the display and highlights what artists look for in other artists' work.
