Operation Wildlife educational program birds are rehabilitated after being injured or orphaned in the wild. For each bird, you'll hear the story of their injury, physical characteristics, migration routes, fun facts, and more! Operation WildLife has been providing rehabilitation and veterinary services to injured and orphaned wild animals in northeast Kansas since 1989. Our mission is sparking curiosity and connecting our community through literacy and learning. The library features the Alice C.
