Topeka Genealogical Society President, Barb LaClair, grew up in a house that was built on part of the original farmstead of Topeka pioneer Anthony Ward and has always been interested in its history. In this presentation, she will share the results of her research investigating the popular story of Anthony Ward and how he acquired his property in Topeka.
