Storyteller Priscilla Howe brings you a collection of songs, stories and silliness to celebrate friendship, kindness, and courage. Some of her ridiculous handpuppets will come along for the ride.
Priscilla Howe, a full-time storyteller since 1993, travels the world (15 countries to date) with a head full of stories and a bag full of puppets. Known as a children’s performer, Priscilla also has a full repertoire of personal stories, folktales and literary stories for grownups.
Join us for her presentation Tricksters and Wise Women: How Stories Travel the World for teens and adults on June 6 at 7pm in Marvin Auditorium. She lives in Lawrence with her cat Pippin. Priscilla is also looking for the best restaurant pie on earth.
