Have you ever been curious about the practice of meditation? There is so much more to it than just sitting still for a few minutes. During Sept, Oct and Nov we will explore some of the library's literature on meditation and take time to sit and practice together. This will be a great way to begin your own meditation practice or to expand your knowledge of your current practice. Every Wednesday at 5:30 pm join Topeka Yoga Network to expand or deepen your knowledge of meditation.
