Children receive huge benefits from yoga. Physically, it improves their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Equally as important, yoga improves their concentration and sense of calmness. Our Children's Yoga classes will help children learn new ways to express themselves and provide them with healthy ways to burn excess energy.
