Want to try yoga but prefer to go with family? Bring your kids of any age, newborn, toddler, adult, grand-kids etc. to experience a group yoga class EVERY Wednesday at 5:30pm June - August.
Topeka Yoga Network instructors lead this opportunity to bring your "kid" to yoga! There will be toys and books your littles can play with if they don't want to participate or are not old enough to participate (with consideration for those who may be inclined to put toys in their mouth). This class is for people who want to exercise, but need support for their children. It is also for people who are worried their kid may be too distracted or noisy to go to a traditional class. This class is for anyone who wants to do yoga. Join us in this relaxed setting. Classes will be held in closed door spaces to keep littles from straying too far away from their guardian while yoga is in session.
